ABOUT ME
Acting has always been a passion of mine. From the age of seven or eight, I began dreaming up dramatic movie scenes and channeling my childhood angst into stories of orphans and princesses. At thirteen, I was allowed to enroll in an acting class at a home school co-op, and my journey into the arts began.
FAQ'S
Just a little walk through working with me.
WHAT IS IT LIKE TO WORK WITH YOU?
Imagine joy, creativity, a good dose of seriousness, and a whole lot of facial expressions all wrapped up into one medium sized human.
WHAT KIND OF PREP GOES INTO YOUR ROLES?
First things first, I expect a full script(where applicable) and character description before I sign on to a project. The script itself is dissected for information about the character's personality, lifestyle, beliefs, and surroundings. This is followed up by some study into the given time period and the social class of the character. Before I wrap it all up in a nice little bow, I sit down and spend a good chunk of time and energy writing about the character from my own perspective and then from theirs, to deepen my understanding of the character. I then go through the scenes individually for intentions, objectives and beats. Once we get on set, I do my best to forget it all and let the story unfold naturally.
WHEN DID YOU START ACTING?
Over a decade ago. I began taking classes with an independent theater company in 2009, and was part of my first Main Stage production the following spring. I began working in film in 2014 on various small projects and booked my first feature-length movie, Miles Between Us in 2015 just after graduation.

WHAT ARE YOUR FAVORITE ROLES TO PLAY?
I love anything with depth. Want to sell me on a script? Make the character go through a life-changing experience. I am all about the story.
WHAT DO YOU CHARGE?
That depends on the type of project, duration, and what is expected and required of me as an actress physically and emotionally. I am constantly adjusting to work with the current pricing, but excepting extreme circumstances, I don't do projects pro-bono. Check out my pricing sheet here.
HOW CAN YOU BE A CHRISTIAN AND SWEAR IN YOUR FILMS?
(I know, I know, but this really is my most FAQ) I firmly believe that the boundaries within our faith are as personal as our faith itself. I don't think convictions will look the same across the board. Acting is just that, putting on a role. I I don't allow other people's faith, beliefs, or religious behaviors to affect my own personal relationship with Jesus.
CAN YOU CRY ON COMMAND?
Almost always, yes. Let's talk in a real honest way here: It is pretty tough to cry on command when there is pressure going around the room. You know I'll get the job done, but when you put your actors on a clock, we will come up with some pretty tense tear ducts.
It's all about working together.
